Kota Kinabalu D1, Sabah

Wake up in the dark (4am), after everything packed, we start out journey to KK(Kota Kinabalu), Sabah. (formerly known as Jesselton)

The air fare from AirAsia return ticket around RM169.00 per person.

Reached the KK Terminal 2 Airport around 10:15am. Our tour guide - Mr Sim (buddy) already waiting at the arrival hall!

Before check-in to the hotel, we decided to take our breakfast at somewhere near by Gaya Street (N5 59.075 E116 04.654)
The fish noddle, very nice!! I personally love it very much.....and had it double!

After our breakfast, just walk around Gaya street Sunday market to have an express digest :). It's quite interesting market and can't find at Johor.

Caught one superbike at Gaya Street

Meet the youngest shopper around......

Seems like Sugar Bun are very famous over here........

Wanted to have another round of food at this Vietnam Kopitiam, too bad didn't bring my spare stomach.......

Tengku Abdul Rahman Park

Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park was established in 1974, just offshore Kota Kinabalu, in Sabah, east Malaysia on the island of Borneo. It comprises 49 square kilometers of which two-thirds are sea, and the rest is coral reefs and five islands. It is named after the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman. The Park is administered by Sabah Parks. - From WikiPedia

Around 3pm after city cruising.......need food again to fill up the space.......
We went to some coffee shop out of nowhere (brought by Sim). Suprisingly, with some simple meehoon and cookies.....the place was too crowded and need abt 20 mins to find a table.....

After the fantastic tea break, all of us check-in to Promenade Hotel (N5 58.518 E116 04.120) for short rest.......

About 3 hours later, the batteries are fully charge and then we have to serve our stomach again at SK Seafood Village. (About an hour drive from the hotel) Too bad cos forget to snap some photos......and I can say that the food was wonderful and with reasonable price.

Digg!
